I just purchased an H9, and would like redeem my voucher for a free algorithm. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it. This site says I can purchase through the control app (Windows here), but I have searched all over and find no way to do it.
Eventide stopped manufacturing H9 Core and H9 Standard units in 2021. As a result, we stopped selling individual algorithms. The only way to upgrade your H9 is by purchasing the the MaxOut, which permanently converts your standard unit to the Max with all 52 algorithms.
